1. Information We Collect and How We Use It

We collect Information about you from you and other sources. As set out below in more detail, we use and in specific cases combine that Information to operate, tailor content, personalize, adjust, and improve our properties, and to send you messages or personalized information about our games, your scores, new features and more, including for marketing and promotional purposes.

1-1) Information You Provide

For some features of the services, we ask you for personal information, including name, address, phone number, date of birth, email address, wallet address, your social network or third-party service provider user ID through which you accessed or registered to the app (e.g. Google ID, hereinafter, “App Platforms“).

1-2) Third Parties.

We sometimes supplement the information that you provide with information that is received from third parties. If you access the services through any app platforms or interact with any app platforms or other social media plug-in in the services (such as a Google “Like” TECHNOLOGIES) we may receive information from your respective social media or app platform account, including your account information, photo and any information defined as public under the policies of such app platforms and/your settings in the respective app platform.

1-3) User Communications.

When you send emails or other communications to the company, we may retain those communications to process your inquiries, respond to your requests, and improve our services. We may send you push notifications to send you news and updates in respect of the services.

1-4) Aggregated Personal Data.

In an ongoing effort to better understand and serve the users of the services, we often conduct research on its customer demographics, interests, and behavior based on the personal information and other information provided to us. We may create aggregations and anonymization that contain your information in a way that does not directly identify you. We may use and/or share those aggregations and anonymization for a variety of purposes related to the Apps, or our company and its affiliated business. We may disclose your personal information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies, agents, businesses, or service providers own process your personal information on our behalf in providing the service to you. When you visit or use our properties we collect, process, and/or combine Information about your use of those properties, such as websites you visited before and after you used a property, browser type and language, IP address, hardware and software information, advertising ID, third party account information (e.g., the username associated with your Google ID), gameplay data, communications, usage data, purchase histories, and Social Media data. We also use aggregate data for monetization.

To provide a fair gaming experience to all players, we use anti-fraud technologies to prevent any cheating and bad behavior in our games, including monitoring of gameplay and in-game communications as specified in the applicable terms of use.

2. Account Deletion Procedure

Users have the option to delete their accounts whenever they wish. After your account deletion, the following personal details will be permanently removed:

3. Cookies

We may use cookies and/or similar tracking technologies to track the activity on the apps and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our service. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our service.

Links to other services, sites, and applications may be provided by the Company as a convenience to our users. The Company is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other sites and applications, and you visit them at your own risk. This privacy policy only applies to the Sites and KINGDOM STORY: HEROES WAR client, and not to any other websites, products, or services you may be able to access or link to via the site or KINGDOM STORY: HEROES WAR Client. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any other websites you visit before providing your information to them.

5. Children

If you are a child under the age of 13, you must obtain parental consent before using our services. The company will not knowingly contact or engage with children under the age of 13 without said parental consent. However, we may collect technical information required for delivering the service and for the support of our internal operations from all users of our properties. We recognize a special need to protect the personal information of children. We urge parents to instruct their children to never give out their real names, addresses, phone numbers, or other personal information without parental permission, when online. We also recommend that parents familiarize themselves with parental controls available on the PC, mobile telephones, tablets, and other devices they provide to their child and accompany their child when online. We may process your personal information following this Privacy Policy, and as part of that, you will have limited or no opportunity to modify how your information is used by KINGDOM STORY: HEROES WAR, the apps, or our company and its affiliated business.

As part of providing the Services and/or generating and processing analytics, our affiliates, agent representatives and third-party providers may have access to your personal information. We may also share personal information in the following circumstances: (a) as required for the provision, maintenance, and improvement of the Services; (b) if we become involved in a reorganization, merger, consolidation, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets; and/or (c) to satisfy applicable law or prevention of fraud or harm or to enforce applicable agreements and/or their terms, including investigation of potential violations thereof.

8. Security

As set out in detail below, we take a range of security measures designed to help protect your Information. We take a range of security measures - designed to protect your personal information and keep it confidential (unless it is non-confidential by nature, for example, publicly-available information like user-generated content, leaderboard rankings, scores, etc.). However, the Internet by its nature is not a secure environment and the nature of security risks is constantly evolving, as are the technical and organizational industry standards relating to management of those risks. The complete security of any personal information collected, stored, or used by us or our vendors cannot therefore be guaranteed.

9. Retention Period

We delete your personal information which we process for the performance of the contract or based on your consent in case you terminate your contract with us, deactivate your account, withdraw your consent, or request us to delete your personal information by this Privacy Policy. As an exception, we will not delete your personal information in case we still have a legitimate right to use your personal information. For example, we may still retain your Information to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms of Use or other user agreements, or comply with legal requirements; in this case, your personal information will be blocked from use for any other purpose. In any case, we will not retain or use your personal information longer than necessary for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. Due to technical reasons, residual copies of Information that have been removed from your account and/or the Properties may remain in our backup systems for approximately one month.
